This tastes really good. I can't believe other people say that it doesn't, because I think it tastes great. It's a bit on a hot side. The only complaint I have is that I feel like it's very expensive. I feel like there are other brands on the same level that are not quite as expensive.

This is battery acid / vomit flavored. Maybe I got a bad bottle, but gracious me this was atrocious. If I had to go to a deserted island with one hot sauce it would be a yellow bird Serrano or agave sriracha. If i had this sauce on a deserted island I just wouldn’t eat. I would choose starvation. Love the brand, keep taking risks, but wow this was a MISS.

This is very nice hot sauce. Labeled as barely hot, which is fine with me. It has a great flavor doesn’t burn your mouth or make your eyes water some people like that. I know I’d rather just taste the sauce so if you like a nice fruity, kind of sauce with plenty of heat, but not the kind of burned your mouth you will like this sauce.

This is the first time I’ve tried a Yellowbird product that didn’t earn a 5/5 from me. The strawberry and ginger combination was a bit off-putting for my taste. I usually love their sauces, but this pairing felt like a strange duo that didn’t quite work together. If you’re a big ginger fan you might enjoy it more, but it just wasn’t my favorite flavor profile. The ingredients are still clean, which I do appreciate.

Flavor is pretty tasty, very mild in my opinion (could use some more heat) but it’s good nonetheless. The strawberry and ginger flavor comba was pretty good. I tried it with some chicken and it was yummy 🤤 I feel like this would taste good in a watermelon salad as this hot sauce is very summery. Yellowbird makes good hot sauces 😮‍💨

This item used to be sold as "Bliss & Vinegar", but the company renamed it. They claimed they haven't changed the recipe; tastes a bit fruitier to me, but that's good! Yeah, it is actually very mildly hot. Deal with it. It's a flavoring, not a masculinity test. And it tastes great.

Flavors didn’t blend well at all. Hitchhiker was better, but it is really hot. Their best ones are the Serrano and Habanero!

I really like this brand and it has definitely become my favorite hot sauce brand. Unfortunately, this is not good to me. I was expecting a delicious sweet and spicy like their blue agave Sriracha but there was no sweetness, no ginger, no strawberry, and all olive oil and cinnamon. I unfortunately do not like olive oil but I thought the other flavors would overpower that taste. I'm going to try to give it to my friend who usually likes spicy things, if she doesn't like it, my partner will be stuck with it whether he likes it or not lol.
