**Q: Whats the output and thermal limit?**
A: Output is ambient available heat+watts of power draw, approx 3btus per watt. Upper limit is 180° before you start to do permanent damage. Lower is-80 going below -80 even with the unit off is reported by some people to permanently damage. If they get too hot they permanently lose capacity, if they get too cold I've had them split. Although these particular ones I have been using to heat, from a high ambient so really what's the lower limit about 15°F below the temperature of the fluid you are removing heat from. Move heat from air to water you can predictably get ≤30°∆T.

**Q: Can this device produce cold temp**
A: It moves heat out. It only makes something cooler. I mean technically it can but you have to keep the heat from running right back in.

**Q: What would be the output power (in W) for a temperature difference of about 10 degC? 

What would be the optimum voltage at that point?**
A: I can't tell you the output offhand, but it's not worth buying for only a 10 degree differential usage, at it won't really put that much out. Running a small pc fan on low-med RPM at best.

**Q: What is the maximum temperature this device can tolerate?**
A: Dear,  It can tolerate 200℃ (392℉)
