I mean technically it can but you have to keep the heat from running right back in. **Q: What would be the output power (in W) for a temperature difference of about 10 degC? What would be the optimum voltage at that point?** A: I can't tell you the output offhand, but it's not worth buying for only a 10 degree differential usage, at it won't really put that much out.
