I've been dealing with dermatitis for a long time. My scalp would get flaky the moment my hair dried & you could see the white patches on my scalp. & after the first time using this shampoo I fell in love with it. For the first time in years my scalp feels clean! No flakes & doesn't feel dry at all! I'm a cosmetologist & have tried several products with different price points. This is by far the best.

*Note: The 2-star rating is solely on packaging and fragrance. Please use better packaging when shipping this product. The bottle was packed in a paper package envelope along with another purchase without a seal or separate bag to protect it from leaking! Once I opened the package, the fragrance was so strong that I’m not sure I can stand using this product without getting a headache. I’m disappointed bc I really want to try this shampoo. However, I’m very curious on how it will perform on my hair. I may report later for an updated review if I decide not to return it. Update Review 12/28: (Changed star rating to 4, took one star off because of the shipping/packaging issue) I have now used this shampoo several times and have to say, it performs well on my hair and scalp. This is the first product that has not made my scalp itchy and “achey” after one day of shampooing my hair. It’s really gentle on my scalp. The fragrance was not as bad as I stated in my previous review. If anything, it’s quite pleasant, reminds me of lychee. As far as hair fall, I’ve definitely noticed less fall in the shower after use. I think the shampoo I was using before (a popular one that is recently getting bad reviews for change of formulation due to the co. getting bought out) had so many ingredients that my scalp did not like at all, but this product is gentle and lives up to what it claims. I’m pretty satisfied with the brand also, I may purchase the conditioner next. However, I want to reiterate again to please use better packaging when shipping to avoid leakage.

The cap was unscrewed... it's clear that this is the original cap, because it's dried out and leaking. It's funny that I have to go return this half-empty bottle... even though it's not my fault – but I have to spend more than an hour running around to make the return 🤦

I love this Korean ginseng shampoo! The scent is fresh and clean, and it leaves my hair smelling amazing. It controls sebum really well, so my scalp feels balanced and my roots stay fresh much longer. My hair feels light, soft, and healthy after every wash. Definitely a favorite! 🌿

For the price, I wasn’t expecting a spectacular shampoo. I wanted to try something new and it was affordable. After using about half of the bottle, I noticed a huge difference in the oiliness of my scalp! I have fine, thin, curly hair. Managing frizz is difficult. After using this shampoo, there was a noticeable improvement with how frizzy my hair was. I believe it’s due the shampoo strengthening my hair. When I examined the ends of my hair, the strands are not broken. They feel stronger and look thicker but the best part is the feeling you get after you wash the shampoo out. Your scalp feels minty fresh! 10/10 would recommend!!

I love love love this shampoo. It’s like getting hair spa done. I wish the seller also starts selling its conditioner. I have previously bought the same shampoo conditioner combo from an Asian store and know how good this combo makes my hair. The cooling effect it has takes off all the buildup.

Has a ginseng smell, but it leaves no residue, and hair doesn't dry out. Helps slightly with itchy scalp.

this shampoo made me break out in hives after two uses, i’m not allergic to anything but this made me get a very bad reaction. 0/5 i would not recommend
