I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish countertop water filter system. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eco Viva WP-RO-Mate-4 *by J***N on March 11, 2025* The Eco Viva reverse osmosis was easy to set up but some of the instructions are not to clear, and I had to resort to youtube videos to learn how to use the machine. When I first set it up I heard the machine makes some noise, but it didn’t want to go to the ready position. I realized that I did not push the water bin down enough and lock into place. It took me approximately six rounds to clear the water. After that, the water came out very clear, and tasted better than bottled water. The water flow is OK. But it could be better. Also, one feature. I don’t like is that the writing on the touch pad is small and not so visible. The Manufacturer should’ve make the fonts bigger and bolder to read. The following morning I woke up the machine went on E2 mode which is Maintenance mode and I cannot get it to work. The push buttons were not responsive and I had to unplug the machine and plug it back again to make it work. The heating element works fine. I made coffee on my French press.
