Donot buy this from Amazon. The machine is good but the delivery by Amazon is horrible. They didn't generate installation ticket and even after complaining and raising the issue with respect to installation I was lied to saying that the issue has been raised however after 10 days and raising 4 tickets no action was taken. Only after I directly contacted Whirlpool was I told that no request was raised however they sent someone for installation immediately. The product is good but amazon is horrible when it comes to service.

This washing machine takes more time to calculate the water level and minimum wash time for daily clothes it takes 1hour 15 mins. No magic filter outside. The Drum size is small compared to the other brands.We don't feel like 7.5 kgs size drum. It washes cleanly only with liquid soap and doesn't wash properly with washing powder. I was so excited of Whirlpool brand but not to that mark. Water Consumption is abviously more. The magic filter doesn't work properly. Your clothes have all threads.
