Does it come with lighter fluid?

No, it does not come with lighter fluid. It is illegal to transport via mail a lighter that is already fueled (any and all lighter fluid has to be shipped in its factory packaging) and this Zippo does not include a can of Zippo fluid; however, you can order a can of Zippo lighter fluid for dirt cheap. I purchase all of my lighter fluid here on Amazon as it’s a good deal cheaper than at a local store. You can also buy fluid at your local Walmart or at your local tobacconist who sells more than just bongs and vape juice.

Is the drawing engraved or is it a sticker?

zippo does not use stickers it is screen printed on to the lighter and the covered with a protective coating

Is the dragon design on both sides? or just one?

The design is on one side only. I’m really happy with mine.
