The product description said theses are roasted BUT when I got them, the bag said RAW. hmm bait and switch? Mistake?

The plastic package of pumpkin seeds was broken open and seeds were all over the inside of the shipping box. I would like the bag of pumpkin seeds replaced at no cost to me.
