A very high quality publication. Kim Jung Gi's drawn ideas for his sketches grace the inside covers of the book. The outside cover is inset where the sketches are placed. Each page of his art is fascinating. Kim Jung Gi obviously has an innate talent for proportion and complex aspects of the items he draws. Love this book!

For any artist, professional or otherwise, this book is a must! The detail is incredible and every page is a new lesson to learn by just studying the artist's technique. No words needed. I am amazed at the quality of this book and every page I turn is like enjoying a rich piece of chocolate. When I saw the price tag I said "what"??? But this was money well spent.

Delivered on time. Was packaged well. Came in a nice box with a fancy bookmark. The sketches and art is amazing. No complaints. I'm happy :D

NOTICE ABOUT PURCHASING: Im going to save you some time (and money), if youre a US customer you should order this from SuperANI's website, its $105 and theres no taxes involved (its what I did). If youre from the UK you should order from LiberDistri. (The actual review starts here) Physical Qualities: This book is 500+ pages of illustrations, so its somewhat thick. The prints are high quality and the paper is nice to the touch. Its cover is nice and sturdy and it comes with a cardboard box to store the book in. It also comes with a poster. The Art: This book marks the start of when Jung Gi started to lean more into a cartoonish look than realism, which may not be for everyone but I personally love it. This book contains a lot of nudity but very few erotic pieces. That may be a downside for some people but personally im indifferent. If youre into that, theres actually a sketch collection thats mostly erotic drawings (OMPHALOS). There are a few unreadable scribbles here and there but they are few and far between. IS IT WORTH IT?: It really depends on how much you love Jung Gi's art. For me its worth it, but the 2011 and 2007 sketchbooks have more pages (683 and 1026 respectively) for the same price, sometimes cheaper. Overall I would say that if you like Jung Gi's cartoonish work, get this, but if you like his more realistic stuff, get 2011 or 2007.

Merece la pena el elevado precio. Hay muchas, muchas horas de auténtico deleite con el sobrehumano talento de este genio. Imposible mirarse siquiera un cuarto del libro en una sola jornada, el observador acaba borracho de imágenes, poses, figuras, composiciones... Un auténtico torrente de genialidad arrolladora.

Ce livre aux vraiment superbes j'ai déjà acquis le 2011 et toujours un vrai bonheur d'ouvrire le livre de Kim Jung qui c'est une encyclopédie de croquis!! et un poster dédicacé en plus que dire... Great !

Awesome. Totally worth the price.

It's pricey, but well worth it if you are a fan of KJG or just an art lover. There is just so much going on in this book, lots of clean drawings of characters and sceneries, cool inkwork like the cover portrais, bit of comic panels, some lose sketches here and there,.. just so much to keep you coming back to it for a very long time if not for life. For those concerned about sexual content, this one is clean from scenes/activities but does have nude figures here and there. The quality of the pages, cover and binding is excelent, well packaged and comes with a poster of the cover, over 500 pages of awesomeness, highly recommended!
