My only note is that I'd probably classify this as a stand rather than a cart - the "wheels" are welded to the frame. It may look larger in the picture than it actually is but the measurements in the description are correct. It is a perfect size for my small patio and will hold 2-3 plants (about 8 or 9 inch pots) on each shelf. It is stationary and does not roll. It is sturdy for its size but not a place to sit. When I first started assembling it, I thought the screws were not going to line up. I found that if I put each of them in about ha;f way and then went back and tightened them that it fit perfectly.
