Bottom line (for those who want a quick review): Outstanding value! Flawless in every way. Zero compromises. My experience: If you're like me, you're probably reading reviews because you are skeptical of 3rd party sellers of preowned refurbished products and you want to know if this is a scam or at the very least you want to see what the "catch" is. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 256gb from the seller, DNCL-TECHZONE who are apparently based out of Texas. Reading through the specifications I became skeptical because they seemed rushed and didn't entirely match the specs from the manufacturer, Samsung. For example, it states that the storage and RAM are both 256gb. Whereas, of course, there's no way the RAM is 256gb - it's 12gb. Appearance: I ordered this yesterday, Sunday 2/8/26 and it arrived today. I opened the very well-packaged generic box and pulled out the tablet. It is flawless. Not a single scratch or micro-scratch anywhere. If I have to point out a flaw, there is a pinhole sized scuff mark by the charging port which is the most petty thing I can point out here. The package came with an official Samsung Tab S9 S Pen that was fully charged and ready to use instantly. It came with a generic charging cable and a pin to remove the microSD tray. Perfect. At this point I was expecting some sort of flaw somewhere - there had to be a compromise for getting an $800 device for half-price. I wanted to verify that the AMOLED screen hasn't been replaced with a cheaper LCD or IPS screen. I wanted to verify the legitimacy of the internal components as well. Again, I was super skeptical. Tests: I first looked at the screen. The display is vivid and crisp. To make sure the screen is AMOLED the first thing one should check on this device is if the fingerprint reader works. FOD (fingerprint-on-display) sensors don't work on LCD screens. Mine worked flawlessly. I also held a flashlight to the screen and saw the familiar bluish purple hue you want to see in an OLED. The screen was legit and I moved on to testing the internals. I ran several benchmarks after running CPU Z to see if the components were legit (they are 100% legit): 2 from 3DMark and Geekbench6. The 3DMark stress tests check the device's graphical performance over a period of time. It looks to see if the performance drops due to overheating. Geekbench6 tests the performance of the CPU. The results of these tests blew me away. Not only did it show that the device was original but the scores I received were scores you see on a new Tab S9 and some showed that my device OUTPERFORMS a brand new Tab S9. For 3DMark Wild Life Stress Test, I got a score of 3,901 for my best loop. Lowest loop score was 3,402. And after a 20 minute stress test I had an 11% drop in battery life which is A tier and is a standard for brand new batteries. I had a 87% stability score (65-70% is average) which means the internal cooling is perfect. My Geekbench6 single core score is 2091 and multicore score is 5843. These are above average numbers for the Tab S9! Essentially, I just bought a brand new tablet for the price of a used one! I don't know if I just happened to win the refurbished device lottery with this purchase but I could not be more happy with this experience. If this is standard business practice from this seller, do not hesitate to purchase a device from them. I have read some of the reviews about scratches, the S Pen not working or being a generic brand, poor packaging, and other negative comments but that is far from what I experienced.

Simple an easy buy if you’re looking for a durable tablet with great sound quality. The screen size and quality was a game changer from my iPad Pro 10.5. The condition the device came in was amazing, not one scratch on the back or screen. I was really impressed. Storage capacity it good and I am able to add more if needed. The speed on the Galaxy Tab S9 is incredibly impressive for what I’m use too I have not had a problem. Shipping was handled with care in a durable box with bubble wrap made of tablets and laptops. Would recommend if you’re in the market. Perfect for school with note taking and searching.

Still worth it in 2026. I got myself the s11 ultra for school and got this one for my son. He wanted one with pen to draw and color on. No issues playing roblox or Fortnite so he's happy.

My S9, rated Excellent, looked like new, but the S-pen and the other contents were generic copies. If your S-Pen, like the one I received, does not have a Samsung logo on the pen, it probably is a cheap copy that does not have the Bluetooth capability. My vendor replaced it promptly when notified. Since you only have 14 days to complain, many will find out too late. The cable provided was a cheap USB A to USB C instead of a high speed USB C to C normally included. The extraction pin was generic and was too short for the S9 to open the slot. It is always a gamble when buying refurbished.

Not gonna review the Tab S9. You can research that with ChatGPT or Google AI. This is strictly a review of a renewed Tab S9 purchased thru Amazon. The one I ordered was supposed to be in excellent condition, And it was. Looked brand new. Did not come in the original box nor did it come with any instructions/warranty card etc. Wasn't expecting that. Only thing that wasn't perfect is the stylus. It will not charge or connect with the tablet. I am going to reach out to the seller (in my case it was Edge Cellular but delivered and backed by Amazon) and see if they have suggestions or can offer a swap. Otherwise Edge Cellular did a superb job and the actual tablet was as described - excellent. What's better than excellent? Kudos to Edge Cellular. I will let you know if there is any resolution to the stylus issues). IMPORTANT UPDATE. I received an email from Edge Cellular. They are sending a replacement stylus. GREAT customer service!! Thank you Edge Cellular. It is really really really rare that I get this effusive about a vendor. But when they provide service above and beyond the call then they should be recognized. Update again. Edge Cellular followed through on their promise and promptly delivered a replacement stylus. Thanks!!!! Full disclosure: I do not work for Edge Cellular. Or Amazon. Or anyone LOL.

I'm using this now. It works wonderfully. I watch content indoors and it handles glare from my over head light just fine. I love the portabilty that it offers. I have no complaints.

Great customer service and quality product. The first tablet I received was in perfect physical condition but had an occasional software glitch, seller tech support helped me try a few fixes, and when those didn't work arranged a prompt return/replacement. The replacement shipped quickly and was also in mint condition, battery life is great, and the S pen that came with it is perfect too. Would highly recommend this seller.
