Exactly what I need

The stainless mesh. Is folded double as it is inserted in the gaps between window and door frames and cadding. The fold is rounded so that when inserted it springs apart and firmly seals the opening. To achieve an even fold and aid insertion, unroll a metre of mesh, holding the roll in ne hand, feed the folded mesh with the other hand. At the corners I fold in 1 inch of mesh at right angles by cutting a third into the mesh from each edge, and pushing the end well into the opening above or below at each corner of the opening. The mesh holds well on lead flashing, when the fold springs open against it. A simple and effective way to prevent wasps and other insects from harvesting timber cladding and frames, or nesting inside cavity insulation.

This is a good quality insect mesh that properly used works well. Unfortunately my roll was damaged by being thrown over the gate by delivery driver. However, I've cut off the damaged edge & found fitting once flat relatively easy. I'd buy it again but probably from a shop thereby avoiding delivery damage.

Great, really tough and strong mesh

I bought this product to provide an insect resistant barrier behind the ventilation slots on some uPVC soffit I was fitting to my home. The mesh cuts easily with scissors (don’t use your best pair for this) and sticks to upvc using general purpose glue. The mesh seems well finished with only a few loose strands so far which were easily trimmed. As the mesh is so thin, it doesn’t curl back up after unrolling and can be used straight away

Really impressed with the quality of this product. Was initially worried that when i cut this mesh down to size that it would start falling apart, however this wasn't the case. I ordered this to install above cavity walls to prevent rodents getting in to the space, wire thickness and spacing perfect for this. It's really sturdy and can be easily bent to shape. I noticed some people said they used scissors to cut the mesh, however I've used a pair of snips as i think it might ruin the scissors. Overall impressed with this product, would have given 5 stars but delivery time let it down as it took over a week and missed the expected date advised by amazon.
