Didn’t use this much but was a requirement for the BSN program I’m enrolled in so rented it. I did see that it was quite detailed. If I had time I would have enjoyed going through this more thoroughly.

Shipped on time. Doesn't have an Access code to evolve questions needed for studying. I bought this book for my NP program. It only has access after registering it under elsevier online for simple resources like NCLEX questions, videos etc.

Good for a used book. Binding was coming apart, glue is now drying. Other than that, not in bad condition.

A really useful textbook and will definitely have a place in my office for many, many years to come. This book does a tremendous fine job on detailing and the illustration is wonderful.

Great textbook. It's one I will keep for reference after the class is done. Good clinical tips throughout, and nice to have one that isn't targeted specifically to one profession.
