Fybogel Orange Fiver Supplement is an excellent product for when a little bit of help is required. It`s very effective, mixes well and is of a good consistency. I carry a few of these sachets with me when I`m away from home & when a change of diet affects me a Fibogel sachet takes care of it.

I got this as I have problems with diverticulitis sometimes and by using this it really helps to keep things moving 🙂 it’s easy to mix with water and the orange flavour helps with the taste. It’s also good value compared to buying in shops.

Efftectiveness, Consistency and Texture, It works well!

It is excellent at its job.

I use 1-2 of these sachets every other day to keep my stools soft. The taste is pleasant with a not too over the top orange taste. It mixes well with water and is easy to drink. You do need to drink it fast as it does turn to a jelly substance if left for some time.

Used to buy lots of these and use 2/3 times a week due to high-protein diet. And it works, gently, after 2-3 days BUT I've recently dumped this routine & simply added chai seed to my diet. 2-3 spoon fulls a day and have Improved regular bowel movements. A much better value and keeps my reguler (plus chai seeds are high protein too 👌). Fybogel works, but if your stuck in this loop, like I was, try chai seeds (get them on amazon, couple quid), game changer!
