Easy installation, works perfectly.
These are great! Very easy to install. They can be spray painted with enamel to match exterior, if preferable. Takes 30 seconds to install and I'm old. Genius idea!

Good Product, Slow Shipping
Installed 2 of these today as a trial. They fit my vents fine. It's a little tricky to install them, but I think by the time you did a few more it would be easier. Very windy today and they stayed in place through it all. Shipping from this supplier though was really slow. Might have to find them from someone else for that reason. UPDATE: These are still holding on well. I decided to order for the rest of my vents and found the exact same thing at Home Depot for 8.78 a pair and they arrived in 3 days.

recommended
had to trim the covers to fit the peculiar shape of our crawl space vents, but it was easy with tin snips. don't expect any insulation benefit - these only block the wind and debris from entering the crawl space, but that's exactly what i was looking for.

Know your vent size first - these were too short
These covers are 7.5" tall and 15.5" wide. I assumed these things were standard, but my vents are actually 22 inches wide, so these did not fit. I didn't realize this until the next time I needed them several months later, and well after my return window had closed.

Foundation Vent Cover
Thin but well made. They take a little bit to get them to hook on your old vents but seem secure. Easy to use and good value for the money. They seem to be about 1/4” smaller than my Venus but I split the difference on each end.

They are easy to use, cheap and do their job
I had no idea what to expect or how to use these. I didn't think they would cover my vents properly but since they were so inexpensive, I took a chance and I'm so glad that I did. They are SO EASY to use!!!! My office is in in a 1960 brick rancher and they worked perfectly on the existing vents. I had to have the old interior flaps ( that I would push open with a wire) removed in order to install pieces of wire screen over the vent grate to prevent rodents from entering and therefore, lost my venting capability- leaving them open. I did buy a small crafting roll of pink panther insulation to place between the vent grate and the cover for added protection and I punched a hole in the insulation to allow for the spring to go through and attach to the grate over my vents. There are two in a pack. If you want a more attractive vent, just spray paint these with a good enamel like Rustoleum before you put them on.
