They require a little getting used to, in particular when inserting in the ear. We find that a gentle ‘twist’ motion secures them easier than just trying to push in. These are discrete and less obvious than ear defenders (although don’t provide the same level of sound reduction) and are perfect to help anyone who has sensory challenges.

They were easy to fit and worked well at noise reduction. They are good quality and my daughter said they were very comfy.

I'm a grown up but apparently I have REALLY tiny ear canals so the standard earplugs are always miles too big. These are a nice comfy fit and come with four different tip sizes. The size Small which are pre-fitted, are perfect for me. They go in easily with a little twist, and stay in place comfortably once in. The Engage are more for everyday background noise reduction, my house backs out onto a busy road and unfortunately I didn't notice too much of a difference in the traffic noise - nor in the supremely irritating continual bassy music eminating from my downstairs neighbour - but perhaps I selected the wrong option for that. I havent had a chance to try them out in public yet, and although Amazon is asking me to review " sleep quality " I wouldn't recommend them if you really need everything blocked out, they do a different type for that - though these do lay flat enough for me to be able to side-sleep in them. 4 stars because this is my first experience of earplugs that actually work for me size and comfort wise.

Arrived quickly and have been very useful for child with sensitive ears who gets overwhelmed with background noise. Good sizing.

My son has moved up to high school and is finding it all to loud. These have been a game changer.. He can now take part in lessons and not find it overwhelming.

Perfect fit! I’m an adult and the XS kids size fits my small ear holes perfectly. I wear these at work to really zone in and focus as they block out all background noise. Very comfortable and discreet as well!
