Got it in the mail, put it in the freezer and within a few hours it was ready to go. My son used it after Saturdays game and said that it was great. A lot better than a cold compress wrapped in bandage. It stays cold for about 15-20 mins but that for him that is what he needs. I would say it is a great product, but time will tell on how long it lasts. Will probably buy another to have if his arm needs more time on ice.

I got this for my son who plays baseball and has arm pain after games sometimes. We have started using it every night after practices and games and it has really helped him. It is so much easier than using ices bags. He is only 12 and so this makes it so he can still be active while wearing it.

Purchased to use as cold therapy to heal a broken foot and immediately realized how useful these would be to have on hand for other injuries or aches and pain. This is much easier than a traditional ice pack or bag of ice and more comfortable.

This is a lifesaver! Everyone should keep one of these in their house. We all get injury at some point and this product is durable and helps with reducing the inflammation and swelling. It wraps around better than a bag of ice.

If you are already in pain, using this out of the freezer will increase the pain level by a lot. Suggest you put it in the bottom rack of the refrigerator Joe W.

So....I have purchased 2 freeze sleeves direct from their website and love them! But $10 shipping is rough. I found it on Amazon and thought, awesome! No shipping! This is a legit freeze sleeve. It has the tag with the number stamped and everything...but it's not like the ones I got from their website. Maybe it's the way they're stored when shipped from Amazon? I'd say it was just a bad one, but there are many reviews that say they're flimsy and only stay cold 5-10 mins. That is not true of the ones I got from their site...but absolutely true of the one I got on Amazon. The Amazon one doesn't really compress because when I stretch it to slide it on my ankle (it's a small, I have very skinny ankles and legs) it never compresses back around my ankle. It stays cold maybe 10 minutes, and by about 30 isn't cold at all. It is also very flimsy even right after pulling it from the freezer. The two I bought from the website are the total opposite. They are always nice and compressed, and VERY cold. They stay cold for probably 45 mins to an hour easy, though only VERY cold for maybe 20-25 minutes. But that's what they're supposed to do. I actually wore one on my ankle for about 30ish mins, then put that same one on my elbow for another 15-20 and it was still cold! They also are still flexible, but have a very noticeable firmness to them when you first pull them from the freezer that the Amazon one doesn't. So 4 stars because the product itself is amazing, but I was not impressed with ordering from Amazon. Again, maybe its storage, maybe its something else. I'll still use this one, but I'll definitely be ordering from the freeze sleeve site if I need more.

Great product. I can ice my elbow and do other things at the same time. I’m a petit person and the small fit snugly on my elbow.

Exactly what I was hoping for. The product is well made and the fabric is smooth against the skin. Doesn't leak. The small is pretty small- I am a fairly slim woman and the small fits very snugly on my forearm.
