I asked Rufus the desertcart AI if there was an internal reset, but the Rufus AI stated no. I asked if this unit was3 phase (it is not) and the AI stated it was. I would caution the use of Rufus as it was not precise. I don't know the intricacies of the programing of the AI, maybe that day I caught the AI with a lot of question and answer traffic. I cannot access a wiring diagram, nor do I want to void warranty by trouble shooting this unit. I am a 45 IBEW construction and instrument technician with experience dealing with single and 3 phase power centers and high distribution voltages. I first questioned myself being retired until the logic steps to determine cause concluded the unit. I understood this unit was new and not reconditioned. I do wish I could speak directly to a service technician regarding this unit. This is a single phase 240 volt unit (or the ID rates 125/250 volts.) for the benefit of other potential buyers, I don't want to mislead in what I am sharing.
