Even after it got her a big real CD stereo system my daughter still uses this. It's small and compact but still loud when you want it to be. The battery lasts a long time so she can take it with her when she moves. She loves the look of it. It's a great value for money overall!!

Very happy with this gorgeous portable CD player. Looks lovely and 'retro stylish' and the fact it looks like a record turntable is great fun. It's really nice to be able to bring back a little of the ritual of putting on a physical copy of an album (but without the expense and hassles of vinyl). Helps make music listening a mindful activity again. Sound quality is more than decent for my purposes (listening at home and art studio). As mentioned by other buyers the sound is best when the lid is closed. Great that it comes with headphone jack and can be used as a bluetooth speaker too. Haven't really needed to use the remote control so far- but handy to have I guess. Hopefully it lasts as this seems like a great little product!

I know it is so easy to just look up a song/album online but one day I just had a craving to listen to my CD collection and seeing as my laptop does not have a CD/DVD drive I looked on Amazon for one. I know it's a bit orangey for some, but it has so far drawn the attention from guests and my children who say the think it looks "cute." Good sound quality, easy to set-up and use. One thing: if you also have one of those remote operated light bulbs in the room, the remote that comes with this will control that and NOT the CD player. I have to admit I burst out laughing when it first happened to me.

Like a lot about this - looks nice as a unit, love the spinning cd with 'needle arm' effect, sound is ok, hooked up to my speaker via bluetooth easily. Had a few cut outs first day, even though plugged in, but eventually it seemed to fully charge and played a cd ok today. I will mainly keep in one place and plugged in, so don't know why, as soon as you start using it even when still plugged in, the charging light flashes when in use and for hours afterwards, which is annoying as its red and visible. Makes me a bit concerned if I did want to use on battery only. Overall I really like it so hoping it hasn't got a fault.

Looks great, has a lovely soft feel but, the battery charge holds just enough to play 2 full cd's. I guess that's not too bad but it could be a hell of a lot better.I was very suprised by the quality of the speakers, seem to be a much better sound than I thought it would. ***An Amendment to the original review**** Having used the player very successfully for 3 months and being very happy with it, it suddenly made a sickening noise and the laser stopped moving rendering it useless. Now OK things do breakdown, but I would expect it to last more than 3 months. I will amend this review again once I get a replacement as this could be a one off.

Got as a present for grandparents they love it. Holds charge, amazing music quality highly recommend

A cd player so great, I’ve purchased another as a gift. Two of my nieces received this pretty cd player. It works great in a variety of settings, and looks lovely on their shelf.
