the photo says it comes with Bluetooth and Uart adaptors but the description does not list it's what does it come with?

Can you adjust start and stop and balance voltages?

Balance can be working automatically under 3 conditions : 1- in charging ; 2- single cell voltage at : lifepo4 3.2v, if you want to change the balance detect voltage you may set it via bluetooth app. 3- Voltage difference :> 50mV
