These taste so good! I’m really not into anything too sweet or tastes like fake sugars so this is perfect. It’s pretty salty tasting but I like it with the watermelon flavor. Dissolves great in water and helps me feel hydrated all day. I mix it in a large Stanley and never have any issues.

My husband and I have tried EVERY hydration packet drink out there and this is our favorite. It's salty and a little sour and a little sweet...but the taste isn't overwhelming. I am very picky and can't stand the sweet drinks or the ultra artificial flavors. I sip it all day after a workout and I think it definitely helps to keep me hydrated!! I can't help but think it would be great with a little lime and tequila (!!).

I love that this product is made with Monk Fruit, and wish more companies would use Monk Fruit as a sweetner; which actually tastes like sugar, instead of Stevia; which tastes like garbage. The drink is very delicious and dissolves in water very easily; which is a huge plus. The only negative I can think of is that it is supposed to be an electrolyte drink, but the only electrolyte that is prominent is the Sodium (salt). This drink would tick a lot more of my boxes if it had other electolytes like magnesium, potassium, chloride; which this drink contains only a little bit of and I must get these elsewhere. This drink is also very salty, so i would recommend only drinking half of a packet at a time;otherwise you will get a huge salt spike. Please continue to make powdered drinks out of Monk Fruit as Stevia sucks and doing Keto diet and not having anything to drink sucks, so this powder really makes my life a little easier.

These. Are. The. Best! Hands down best electrolytes I’ve had, the flavor is great (get the lightly sweetened). I’ve used while going to the gym, being in FL summer heat. Super effective. Mixes well with the water, usually use a shaker bottle to be sure. Great price for what you’re getting.

it says that its slightly sweet, but in reality its way too sweet and has synthetic aftertaste. also it spikes the sugar lever, I checked blood after I drinked it. also you can not return it so 45$ just a waist, on the web site no customer support! insane. dont buy it

I LOVE this watermelon flavor. So delicious. Also, does a great job hydrating. I’ve tried all kinds of hydration options. Nuun, LMNT, Liquid IV, Taste Salud, etc and none of them hold a torch to this one! Only downside is that it doesn’t dissolve all the way so there’s some graininess at the end, but what hydration doesn’t have that. I’m unbothered by it and still rate it 5 stars. This is also great quality as it ranks well on the Yuka app.

I love that these have great clean ingredients however the taste is very salty. The overall flavor is good but with it being so salty, I do like to mix it with a Prebiotic soda to cut down on the salt flavor. Perfect for a loaded water where you are mixing additional drinks that mask the salty taste. These mix quickly with water. I feel like they are a little bit pricey but I'm willing to pay that for the clean quality ingredients that are in Promix.

Taste: first note watermelon, second note of salt. It’s perfect actually, I’ve tired others that have that stevia, artificial sugary taste that I’m not fond of. This tastes clean. I mix with water in a 24oz bottle with 3 ice cubes. I’ll update soon, I bought this because I’m starting work as an ER nurse and want to stay hydrated and energetic without relying on energy drinks/coffee. I also love the little packets so it’s portable and portioned correctly.
