Wow. As someone who has constipation, eats wheat gluten where i shouldn’t due to intolerance buildup can get bad. I wish i read the ingredients before buying, the Senna dose in each capsule i think is too strong, you’re basically taking laxitives everyday however i hope the other ingredients help recover the gut at the same time. I physically do not think i could ever take two capsules together 🤣. I fear my body will only rely to digest with laxitives. I do not want to be dependent on such product i hope it will be easy to come off. Yes like other reviews plan well when you take them, me personally 1st night worked in 12 hrs, 2nd night worked in 8 hours tonight i will take even later as i fear it’ll work quicker over night. With this remember to re plenish your electrolytes, drink litres of water, peppermint tea, easy clean foods on your tummy. Few cramps, 3 cramps , 3 toilet trips in a row then i’m good. Personal experience everyone elders may be different! I am very satisfied and happy with the clear out i didnt know my body was capable of storing. Currently quite bloated but i know it will go down and i’ll have a flat tummy, can’t wait.

It worked very well, not too quickly so no bad cramps. I took it at 8pm and it worked over night for me. I definitely recommend it.

Fantastic product. Took it WFH after reading the reviews..bathroom needs to be close by. 2 tablets at 3.00 pm ..definitely needed the loo by 11 .00 pm ..again 6.00 am.. Definitely works and been on the weight loss jab had left be constipated.. Advise is ..plan carefully your timing . Ensure bathroom available.. Drink plenty of water ..keep hydrated.. Yes stomach cramps are bearable..but pass with a bowel movement.. Feel lighter and stomach not bloated ... Definitely worth the purchase...

Be careful, this stuff is very strong. It definitely works and works well but almost too well. I took just one tablet and it hit me like a laxative. I ended up with bad stomach cramps and spent the next couple of days emptying everything out, bad enough that I had to take time off work. I do feel much better after it’s done its job, but the process itself was not pleasant at all. If you do take it, I’d strongly recommend doing so on a day off, early in the morning, and be prepared for a rough evening. This is not something to take casually or before work.

i took my first one at 0130 before i went to sleep. woke up at 0915 with INTENSE cramps. the reviews were not lying. i thought after my first trip to the toilet that’d be it. no. i have been 6 times in 2 hours.. i don’t think it’s over yet!! i defo could not be taking these when i have work. i’ve been glued to my toilet all morning. so i would NOT take these when you have anything going on the next day!! i don’t think ill take the full 2 weeks as im not a fan of the cramping but i know it’ll be effective!
