Can the latch be reversed?

Yes, just make sure to take a good look at how the interior parts fit together right when you get the casing open because the spring can send them all flying if you're not careful. Other than that it's pretty simple to reverse the latch.

How does one replace a lost key to this lock? Having a hard time to find a place to make a spare.
