I love it....I had been looking for arches for a photo backdrop for a grad party, but I didnt like certain things about them, like the size of the base, and the price. This is perfect for what I was looking for. We're using it with curtains and a brick wall in the background, but it would look good with balloons, etc. You could hang signs from it. It could be a room divider. It's versatile enough where I think we will get more use out if it than just this party. It's sturdy enough. It was easy to assemble. Price was great.

I bought this rod to create a privacy divider for my husband after his knee surgery, and it’s been a very practical solution. The adjustable length fit our 8 ft ceiling easily, and installation was straightforward, the rod snaps into the included hooks, making setup quick and very easy to use. Please note this listing is for the rod only, curtains are not included. I paired it with 84-inch curtains, which left about a 7-inch gap at the bottom. If your ceiling is 8 ft tall, I’d recommend 92-inch curtains (or longer) for better coverage. The rod holds the curtains well, but the sturdiness isn’t perfect, if kids run into it, it could tip or fall. For adults or calm pets, it stays in place just fine. The rod itself has a good thickness, not flimsy at all, and color look sleek and modern, and overall, for the price, it’s affordable and works well as a temporary room divider.

This is a great item! The overall size is just right and the item seems to be quite sturdy.I'm not using it as a room divider but to hang curtains. I also plan to purchase another for my indoor hanging plants.I feel that I got a really good deal and that it couldn't be any better than this. In the end, I'd DEFINITELY recommend this item. It's absolutely great. Would give more stars if I could.

Took me a while to write a review regarding this product because I just finally put it together and used it. I gotta say though, it wasn’t as hard nor complicated. It literally took me less than 5 minutes to put it together. The hard part is getting it to stand up right because I’m a short person, so if you are, I highly recommend you get a ladder to help you with it. Other than that, this product is very easy to put together, very sturdy and durable. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase! I highly recommend it.

I bought these room divider curtain rods to solve a somewhat different issue than what these are advertised for, and they worked perfectly! I've had a few things I've needed to build and paint, but because I live in an apartment without a garage, patio, or backyard, I had to improvise and build these things inside of my apartment, but did not want the sawdust and paint I was generating to cover the rest of my apartment. Originally, I thought that my only solution was to cordon off a low-traffic area of my room using an expensive purpose-built dust/construction containment system such as ZipWall, but I figured there must be a cheaper way that wouldn't require me to build something from scratch on top of everything else I had to do, and that would be reusable and easy to take apart and store in my closet. Low and behold, the SUNALLY Room Divider system has very similar features to the ZipWall polls that hold up the drop cloth plastic that seals off a room or area of a room, but is slightly less heavy-duty and easily adjustable. Nonetheless, these still worked like a charm, and are incredibly handy, and now I am actually using them for their intended purpose, as well!

I think the metal rods could definitely be a bit thicker, as the overall structure would feel much sturdier with a heavier gauge. One of the side brackets has needed tightening several times because it tends to slip every now and then, even though the curtains I’m using are very lightweight. I can imagine that a heavier set of curtains might cause the rod to bow in the middle, especially when it’s fully extended. On the positive side, it does look nice once installed, and assembly was fairly simple and straightforward. I currently have it extended to its maximum length, so that may be contributing to the stability issues—if it weren’t stretched out all the way, it might feel more solid. Overall, the quality is decent for the price, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you plan to use heavier curtains or need something extremely sturdy.

Very happy with this product. I had a large area I wanted blocked to avoid the heat escaping upstairs but I didn’t want to drill holes in my walls. This was the perfect solution. I easily installed it by myself. The rod height is easily adjustable for various curtain lengths. It’s stable but flexible if bumped. The curtains I ordered are thick and fairly heavy and that is no issue at all.
