how many teaspoons per serving for nail strength?

The product information in this listing states under directions that each packet contains 1 Tablespoon. When I measured it I got 2 and a little less than 1/2 teaspoons.

How many packs per cup of alcohol? I need a good estimate.

1 packet, but don't buy Knox gelatine from Amazon. There is a terrible smell to the gelatine when you open the pack. Looks like they have expired or rejected stuff.

Can I Use It Once Expired?

Yes. I've used gelatin several years past its sell-by date. It's dry. There's nothing in it to go bad. Unless it smells weird (which it shouldn't), use it.
