didn't use more than 70 pounds on it just but I felt it would hold much more

Does the job. Rotates and strong
Non rotatable ones have an issue with Polly as the weights get in the way of the cord when you need down from the floor pull exercises. This solves the problem and does it nicely.

Working for me so far
So far this pulley is working well for me. The rolling action is nice and smooth. I'm not lifting super heavy weights with it - 50 pounds is the most I've used. I have it installed outside on my balcony so I hope the stainless steel and bearing components can handle the weather. It's been out there 2 weeks and still looks and performs like new.

Faulty and dangerous! Do not Buy!
Bad product. Faulty and dangerous. This is the second one that the welds snapped. I thought maybe I just got a bad one the first time around. NO! On the first lift of 45lbs the welds gave and the pulley shot back at me. While the description states it has a load of 500kg. That is 1000lbs! And it snapped on one lift of 45. I was just lucky not to be injured. They should recall this product before the get sued. NEXT. I am expected to pay to ship it back to get a refund! Heck no.

Used as pulley for motorcycle motor lift
My husband uses this as a lift pulley for heavy objects in our garage. I know motorcycle motors are not as heavy as car motors, but they are heavy enough to not want to hold in place for long amounts of time. With this we were able to make a pulley system for him to pretty much do anything that requires heavy lifting and holding. Definitely lifts quite a bit, and is durable for everything he has done so far. Smooth rolling, very durable.

This pulley works excellently for my shoulder surgery recovery exercises. I use it several times a day to make taut pull exercises. It helps keep tendons and cartilage limber a nd strength in the muscles. It has been quite helpful. I recommend this item.
