Such a perfect addition to my tank. It’s a perfect size and my fish and shrimp love it. It was such an easy installation, all I had to do was move the soil and bury it. That’s it. Definitely worth the money and It’s so much fun seeing my aquatic animals inside of it.

I got this anticipating adding kuhli loaches to my new 55 gallon aquarium, and we LOVE it! The loaches found it right away and seem to feel very comfortable in it. It’s so neat to be able to see them, while providing habitat they enjoy. Super strong plastic and a bit bigger than expected. I only wish I got it before I put my substrate in, as it was a little challenging placing it into the gravel, but it is sooo worth it to see my happy fish enjoying it! Highly recommend!

Works great! My shrimp and snails and cory’s love this! And it’s cute watching them shuffle about! Very sturdy material as well and large enough for even my betta to swim in alongside all the other critters and have plenty of room!

Nice cave overall, hard to install properly with sand to where the sand doesnt get in from the front where it sits against the glass though causing some sand to pour in, it might be doable but i wasnt able to get it installed right so that wouldnt happen. Over all good quality and im sure my fish will love it once they arrive.

After having established a tank over a couple months, I noticed my few Cory catfish weren’t quite as playful or energetic as they should be (even for their laid back personalities) and I asked my LFS if it was worth adding sand to the gravel substrate, or a partial area. It’s an ongoing debate as I now know whether Cory’s should or shouldn’t have sand to mimick their natural habitats to make their little lives happier. This product was a PERFECT addition to my tank even though the LSF store said they’d be fine with gravel…I looked at similar products but the reviews speak for themselves on this one! Very durable with some weight, smooth edges and overall very high quality cave feature. Although it took some careful rearranging and cleaning of my tank, getting the premium sand rinsed in the sink and scooped into this cave unit ahead of time, I was able to lower it carefully into the existing tank without making a giant sand mess. If you’re starting from scratch this would be super easy to add before water! The pic only shows one of my few Corys, but they all found the sandbox cave within 24 hours and there’s 100% noticeable difference in their more playful behavior. Our bristlenose sucker, snail, and shrimp all take turns in and out of this unit too!

The trick is to get it flush against the side and bottom glass. I added this for my sister's tank and the loaches love it. I highly recommend tunnels and caves like this product to add depth to your tanks.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Its too small for my aquarium. The plecos move it around and turn it upside down. Sadly not for my tank
