This thing looks like a stealth jet. It looks benign and like how do i work it? So simple & portable. You just charge, hold the button to start. Then simply select one of three speeds by the same key button. It’s so techno future and a bit heavy. When you turn it on BE READY for take off. This ain’t for the faint hearted. It is unbelievably fast and powerful. Sounds fine. It deeply penetrates your muscles about as deep as i think its safe to go. I just got done with a 15 minutes session and my body doesn’t know what hit it! It’s perfect for easy to get to areas. A little difficult to get on your back but you can-and you can have your family member do it. I recommend also having the pure Wave wand to use afterwards as it’s so soothing and can get those tougher areas because it’s a wand. It has many great heads for specific muscles and wants. This Theragun is amazing. Be careful so you use it smoothly and not let it go bop bop crazy as it’s powerful ! Buy it and enjoy. I’m a retired marine and teacher. I have daily tension headaches, both shoulder rotator cuffs :my right is shredded and the left has a complete tear. Then just the normal aches and pains. This is heaven sent from God to help and eliminate any pain pills . Buy it and enjoy. Worth every penny as super high quality!

I am pleasantly surprised (one might say shocked) by how well this little device does its job. I’ve been doing a lot of hiking in the past few months, and have unfortunately come to the conclusion that my muscle recovery time isn’t what it used to be. My daughter has a Theragun Pro and loves it, so I decided to give the mini version a try - I heard it’s lighter and just generally easier to operate. The Theragun Mini has been amazing for post-hike wind-down, and I don’t feel the icky next day soreness nearly as much anymore. I haven’t tried percussive massagers in the past, but can say that the intensity and benefits are easily comparable to a regular in-person massage session. Wanted to specifically mention some huge pros in my opinion - 1. Easy to hold/handle. I was a little worried that I would have trouble getting the tough spots on my back or that it would be clunky/slippery, but I have had no issue with either. It is still well built and the frame doesn’t feel cheap, but my arm isn’t tired afterwards. 2. Battery time is more than acceptable - it takes about an hour to fully charge, which gives about 2 hours of runtime. I usually do 8-10 minute sessions, and I haven’t noticed the charging being a nuisance at all. 3. Very quiet for how powerful it is, it’s high pitched and kind of sounds like an electric toothbrush. It’s also really portable and comes with a soft protective case that I’ve also been storing it in. This is definitely a good introductory device into the world of percussive massagers - it has changed my well-being for the better.

I purchased this product a few weeks ago and have been extremely pleased by the simplicity, size, and function of this device. With 3 percussive settings, there is little you cannot achieve with general anatomical knowledge. Pro’s: Adequate strength Thought out frequency settings Non-slip soft-grip Ridiculously long battery life Does exactly what it says Resource heavy (Therabody App) Carrying case Cons: Little awkward to hold Only one attachment No universal attachments Need friends to do back stuff Summary: Well worth the ~$200 that you’ll spend on it. Problem free for almost 60 days being used 2-4 times per day for 15min increments. Perfect to loosen up muscles before the gym, with less hassle than a tens machine. Darn near idiot proof (coming from one). All-in-all a great machine at a solid price that should serve you for years with appropriate care.

Having just had achilles surgery, and not walking for about 6 weeks, once I got out o f the hard cast and into a walking boot. My right calve feel like a GIANT knot.. Like ROCK hard and painful. My physical therapist recommended a massager that I could use myself.. I did my homework, checked all reviews, and settled on the Theragun new 4th generation mini.. So GLAD i did.. It arrived, I read the instructions while it charged to full capacity, and then put it to the test. Started on slow speed, there are 3 settings. 1st few passes, I had to apply very little pressure and it really hurt, but after about 1/2 hour I started applying more pressure till I pushing it deeper.. It really started to work out the knots, and by the 2nd day, I was on the 2nd speed and going deep to really work those knots out. A couple more days and I was on the highest speed and now I have NO issues with my calve.. SERIOUSLY, THIS PRODUCT DOES WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES.. GO FOR IT.. You won't be disappointed.. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT.. Only issue you, like me might have, is now I look for aches and pains so I can massage them out.. LOL

I wish it came with more than one attachment but i think it does a really good job. i love how sleek it is and how easy it is to use. the charge lasts for a decent amount of time and i love that it has three different intensities. however, if your main focus is your back pain i wouldn’t recommend this version unless you have a partner that can do it for you.

After more than a month of waiting, when it finally arrived, it came with a US charger. Not sure what to do!

I'm a marathoner and most of the times when running a long distance run and push further, end up in kranks and muscle pain. This massager is wonderful and 5 to 10 mins of massage on the kramped muscle gives a wonderful relief.

The product came with a US plug and not a 3-pin so it is not suitable for sale in the UAE. Very disappointing.
