So I gained the Corona 15 and decided it was time for a change. I started working out with friends and they showed me box jumps. I wanted to incorporate them Into my home workouts so I ordered this one. First I chose the heavier one, while alot of reviews said the lighter was fine, I felt safer paying the extra cost for more stability. The delivery was quicker then expected and the box arrived in great condition. (Packaged and delivered). My husband moved it upstairs for me and set in my gym room. I'm 5'3 and just starting my box jumps, so I love that there are 3 heights! So far I have been using the lowest height and have had no issues. The box is not solid like a wood box and has foam around it, which allows for less impact to your joints, but it is extremely stable and has held up very well. Obviously if you jump to close to the edge the stability is less but then again if you did that on a wooden box you would definately have an injury. In order to move it around the room, I just flip it to where I need it, so that's not an issue.Overall it's a great purchase, the cost was higher then I expected to pay and I'm sure one could find one for less. But I'm happy with the quality so I'm ok with the cost!!!No regrets so far, will post if anything changes!!
