Ratings of 3 for Warmth and Tech Support are not reflective of anything. I am not sure what was meant by warmth. Tech Support has not been needed since everything has worked well since installing it 5 weeks ago. The setup was easy. It runs bluestacks and its games easily. It is the best computer that I have owned. My wife loves it. It boots in less than 30 seconds and everything is whisper quiet. The lights inside are adjustable and cool looking but not all that important to me. I had to get an HDMI to VGA adaptor. The older HP monitor blacked out for a few seconds every few minutes. I see that is a common problem for older monitors.

Great Gaming PC!
Pretty good! Had to go pick it up at the UPS because twice I missed the person knocking (if they ever did) but once I finally got it and opened it I insoected for any loose parts or anything cracked, Nope! Was in pristine condition, workes amazingly! Played all my favorite steam games and PATH OF EXILE AS WELL!! I do everything in it, so totally worth it ๐คฉ

Thanks. Exactly what I expected.
I am very happy with this computer. I usually build my own but I didnโt have time this time. This unit fit all of my criteria: fairly priced, neatly organized, easy access to internal components, and works as promised. Iโm very happy. I will probably buy my next desktop from HP from Amazon.

Nearly perfect, would give it a 4.7
There were few minor problems and a major problem. Some of the minor problems include: the top of the pc broken even and really loud buzzing (sounded like the hdd was not mounted right). For the broken part Amazon was kind enough to compensate. The buzzing seems to have resolved once I removed and reseated the hdd (make sure to turn off your pc if your going to do this). Now the major problem... Cooling. It runs quite warm. It cpu has repeatedly got to 90+ in gaming and gpu 85+. This is after adding an extra fan. So that's really disappointing. But for creative stuff such a blender, and office work like excel/word, browsing the internet, the computer is an absolute beast, barely breaks a digital sweat. Overall, I would still highly recommend.

Great for gaming if you handle a little extra sound
Works well the sound of the fan does get a bit loud but that's only if it's right next to you and heavy gaming I'll update if any problems pop up.
