It's a great & safe supplement for pain relief. I have used it for over a year for lower back pain.

My husband and I have been using Curamin since 2012. The reason for starting this was I had an injury to my wrist in the carpal area on the same side as the 5th metacarpal, similar to what a golfer might get. I could not turn my wrist in any direction without a lot of pain which made the hand useless. The inflammation went on for 7 months with no relief. The doctor had me try physical therapy, ibuprofen, naproxen(burned my stomach), and finally we tried a cast. Nothing worked. I got desperate and went looking online hoping maybe there was some natural thing that might work, since drugs and therapy weren't working. I found Curamin and bought it because of the many reviews saying how it helps so much with inflammation issues. This stuff is amazing! Within an hour I realized my wrist wasn't hurting so bad. I had a little more range of motion in it than normal. I kept taking it everyday and within week I had a significant range of motion back and it just continued to improve. My wrist is pain free now. My husband started using it at the same time I did. He has inflammatory issues(likely autoimmune related) in his joints and this stuff alleviates the inflammation and gets rid of the pain. I am prone to tendinitis due to the line of work I used to be in. Every time my tendinitis flares up from doing to much computer work, I take these capsules, one in the morning and one before bed until the symptoms are gone. This use works overnight but if it's bad, it takes 24 hours to get rid of the flare up. Before I discovered Curamin, my tendinitis would bother me for days. Now I can take Curamin for a day or two and the pain is gone. The nice thing is, I don't have to take this constantly. It helps to heal the inflammation, which ibuprofen never did. For those like my husband, it has to be taken more regularly than I use it. But it works!!!

I have been taking these daily for several months now , and I do notice some relief from pain. I had a three level spinal fusion surgery , so I have been on narcotic pain medications and after surgery i wanted to be pain free and pill free. Unfortunately that's not the case , as I have lingering pain that really gets too me some days. Narcotic medications have some nasty side effects so I am highly motivated to be free from them . I did the research and have tried several alternatives . I've found Curamin to be the best alternative so far. The key is taking first thing in the morning , and then going for a walk ( as brisk as I can ), and drinking lots of water. Scientifically I don't know if there is anything to support my feeling , but the combination of Curamin , a walk, and hydration really works very well for me . Sitting will definitely make you feel worse if you are in pain - and I believe that getting the blood and digestive system running with Curamin seems like it makes sense. Just taking Curamin with hydration and walking had a far less noticeable effect. Just walking without taking Curamin didn't work . I don't know that I will ever be "pain free" after the accident and several surgeries but I still want to be a great father and husband and be as healthy as possible ! I know there is a bottle of doctor prescribed Percocet for days that are unbearable ; but I have found Curamin to be a very real answer to pain and that has given me hope that normal days don't have to include narcotic pain medications !

This supplement is helpful for discomfort and has a side benefit of a bit of energy, so best not to take before bed, in my opinion. The pill size is somewhat large. I have success using thickened liquid to take them, such as buttermilk or kefir.

I love this product! I have Fibromyalgia and have been following the protocols set by Dr Teitelbaum in his books and find that it helps tremendously. However, I am very disappointed in the length of time it takes for shipment and delivery from within Canada and will not order it again unless it becomes available through Prime. Three (3) weeks for pain relief to arrive at my door is unacceptable especially at the cost of this product.

Definitely helps relieve joint pain. Have tried many over the counter remedies. This is more expensive comparatively.
