What is the difference between A & B?

AD332A has 12 grams of product while AD332B has 120 grams.

Do you add an additional 1.5 grams at 1/3 depletion? Or are you splitting the 1.5 grams? Also do you add it immediately?

There are two schools of thought on this: 1. add at 24 hrs/48 hrs/72 hrs. Less specific than: 2. add at yeast pitch/25% depletion/33.3% depletion. YMMV
