This is a very good product. I've been taking vitamins for decades. When you take them, make sure you are getting a quality product, otherwise you're wasting your money and not getting any benefit. Also don't take just one vitamin B, like B12 or B6, for a long time. This can make you ill. You need to take all vitamin Bs together. They work as a group. There are always a lot of pseudo vitamins out there and miracle products. Be careful

I always open the capsules and swallow the powder, to help it break down in the body better. You can get past the taste, and yes these do turn your urine yellow.
