Excellent product -have been using it for a long time now -very consistent and really does work

I was taking Triphala and decided to try Haritaki on its own after researching it. The results are amazing. I appreciate how this herb has positively impacted my gut health; it has significantly improved digestion and reduced bloating. While I haven't experienced any vivid dreams, I've noticed that my dreams are definitely deeper and more meaningful.

After trying the powder (I could not deal with the taste!), I purchased these tablets, which I like very much, and through holistic kinesiology were approved by my doctor as well! So far, I notice an improvement with my mental focus, physical energy and elimination, and I don't feel as hungry all the time. I highly recommend this over the powder. (The first time I took it at bedtime, however resulted in lack of sleep! So I am now taking 1 tablet with breakfast and 1 with lunch.) I was told by an Ayurvedic practitioner that Hariatki powder needs to be tasted as well as ingested, and that adding sweetener (or anything else to it) was "cheating." I feel this product is an excellent alternative for this amazing, ancient fruit, which was actually recommended by an Indian guru, and I understand it is has been a staple in Indian households as a "first resort" since ancient times.

I only took it once. Didn't like the way it made me feel. Dosage was too high.

I have a hard time with larger pills, but these oval shaped tablets are easy to swallow. I'm re-visiting the whole concept of ayurvedic healing practices and it seems that the Banyan Botanicals has lots of great products I'm excited to try! I like that the Haritaki tablets are USDA Certified Organic, and I have noticed an overall improvement with my body. It is inexpensive and nice that you get 90 tablets per bottle. I would recommend this product.

I’ve been taking this for less than a month. I only take one at night time and just started increasing my dose to 2 per day. The first time I took it I was on the toilet almost immediately. It is definitely helping cleanse me out. I quit drinking and smoking a few months prior and I think it is helping me detox impurities in general. Will continue and see what happens.

Prior to the redesign I could take two or three tablets a day and notice its effect the same day. Now, no matter how many I take a day I can't get the same results. Literally, nothing. The tablets also feel smaller now, and the bitter and tangy taste is not as strong as it used to be. They clearly modified the product along with redesigning the bottle. The product is practically ineffective now. I wouldn't recommend the product as it is now.
