Decent Pectin, But Could Be Better
It gets the job done, but itโs not the best Iโve used. It works well for making jams and jellies without added sugar, but the texture can be a bit inconsistent at times. The instructions could be clearer, and it may take some trial and error to get the perfect set. Overall, itโs an okay option if you're looking for a no-sugar pectin, but there might be better alternatives out there.

I'll be using it tomorrow but I did open the plastic lid to make sure that the foil seal inside was intact. It was and it's a great size package. I won't need to buy packed in again for a while.

Excellent product
I find that this pectin works very well being as I can no longer get the pectin I used to buy. This pectin allows you to use as much or as little sugar, or even a sugar substitute, in any homemade jams and jellies. Excellent product!

Great product - not great price!
I just made the most amazing tasting, seedless blackberry jam with this product. Very impressed. My only complaint is the price, compared to regular pectin this is very, very inflated. Also just looked at online retailers and it costs less than half of Amazon's price. I should have looked retail before the easy Amazon way. :(
