I painted the case with chocolate and filled them. Need to be frozen to get the out of the case in one piece. I highlighted the lovely detail in edible gold paint. Very pleased with the detail on these.

I used these mould to make some ginger cheesecakes for a Halloween murder mystery party. They are just deep enough to make a small dessert. I painted the case with chocolate and filled them. These are great fun for a Halloween dessert. The "tombstones" work well for moulding melted chocolate, giving a clear impression of the" skellingtons" and "R.I.Ps" if a thick layer is poured. Care on turning set moulds out, as I found one or two cracked if not gently handled. If using as ice mould for drinks, I would use a fruit juice or coloured cordial, as with water only, the mould impressions are not distinct at all .
