These look like they are for children. This can’t be the 10mg. No way. This is not good as I use these for my patient who is a quadriplegic . Going to have to spend more money. Update : So my original star rating was a ONE . Now after using the product and seeing that it works like it should deserves a 5. I’m still confused on why they are so tiny . Perhaps more concentrated in a small size?
