I would think l large size would work on both legs. **Q: Is this the full set? All you need?** A: Yes, it has everything you need. This set comes with a small plastic spatula and palette for mixing. When I bleach larger areas like my cheeks or arms, I use a small ceramic bowl for mixing the product instead of the small plastic palette. **Q: Is this product safe for removing bikini hair?** A: The product is not designed for removal, only for lightening hair. **Q: Does this help for arm pits?** A: I only have used for the facial hair.
