Nicely built camera, which is easy to set up , especially with the screen. Menu is easy to go through and settings are clear, same goes for the user manual. During the day, it's clear enough to catch license plates, but the 8 IR lamps are the real stars. At night, the interior and side views switch to a clear black-and-white that captures everything perfectly, even in total darkness. The audio is surprisingly clear—it catches conversations in the car without sounding muffled. It includes a 128GB SD card pre-installed, which saves you time and money. It includes a sensitive power management chip with Low Voltage Protection. If your car battery drops below 11.6V or 11.8V, the kit automatically cuts power to the camera to ensure you can still start your engine. The N5 uses a super capacitor instead of a lithium battery. This makes it more durable in extreme temperatures but means it must be plugged into a power source at all times to function. Things to Know Before Buying: It does not have built-in GPS, so it won't track your speed or exact coordinates. If you want the 24H Parking Mode, you must buy the specific Hardwire Kit separately. It won't run off a standard USB power bank.

Yes I had my friend install it in my vehicle - the installation cost around $200 this is in addition to purchasing this item from Amazon. Yes it works and so far I am very happy with this Purchase
