I don't think you learn anything more from this material than you'd learn through other sources. I had to get these for a graduate program, and (as a university instructor) I feel they should not be required, since you cannot purchase them used if you need to have the code (key) to take the StrengthFinder test. Review: Book Damaged, 2 of 3 books missing - This was not at all what I paid for. I only received 1 of three books from the collection and the one book I did received was certainly not new. Someone already tore open the access code envelope that comes with the book. Very unhappy with this purchase!

Not worth the money
This set and the entire system are, in my opinion, overpriced and designed to be cash cows. I don't think you learn anything more from this material than you'd learn through other sources. I had to get these for a graduate program, and (as a university instructor) I feel they should not be required, since you cannot purchase them used if you need to have the code (key) to take the StrengthFinder test.

Book Damaged, 2 of 3 books missing
This was not at all what I paid for. I only received 1 of three books from the collection and the one book I did received was certainly not new. Someone already tore open the access code envelope that comes with the book. Very unhappy with this purchase!

Returning, as is not complete.
One of the three books in the order, "Strengths and Leadership" had the online code opened with the code identified and I assume utilized, so I guess not a new book.
