Great MP3 player holder!!
I actually got this to use as an MP3 player carrier for when using one that doesn't have a built in clip. Works great for those longer body slimline devices such as the AGPtEK A02. I also fit my knife and some earbuds in the main compartments. It's lightweight, sturdy and the clip secures to my work pants well. This can easily be used with some small tools too. The velcro is pretty strong and stays closed. Awesome and a great price for the great quality.

Best belt phone holder I've had yet.
Been using this for a few weeks now for my phone. I have a large phone in a case and it fits in this perfectly. The metal clip is good but if it gets caught on something it will pop off the belt so I just use the belt loop option and thays the 1 and only negative thing I have to say about it. It's durable with plenty of room. Durable material and construction. The velcro keeps my phone secure and is easy to open/close

Big enough for stuff
This pouch is large enough for all of my "stuff". I keep a Gerber multi-tool in one of the inner pockets, and a Swiss Army knife in the other inner pocket. There is also a larger inner pocket that will hold an iPhone or slightly larger device quite nicely. I am using this for a stylus that I use. I will likely be putting a writing pad or something in that space for now. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the almost useless (to me) external plastic snap hook. I suppose I could hang a key ring on this, but I don't like that sort of thing. I'll probably remove this snap hook. The other reason is actually the size. Due to the size of the Swiss Army knife and the relative size of the pocket, the knife sort of slips down and is hard to remove. I'm going to take another reviewer's idea and put some wadded up aluminum foil in the bottom of that pocket to raise up the knife for easier removal. My last observation about "cons" is the velcro closure. My experience with velcro has not been good. I find the stuff wears out too quickly. However I will just replace the velcro with a magnetic closure when this happens and all will be fine. There are a multitude of attachment options. A metal clip, a sort of vertical area where you can attach to suspenders, or the one I use, an integral fabric belt loop which fits perfectly on my belt. Nice and secure, no worries about losing the pouch or its contents. There is also a fabric sheath that you could use for a AA or AAA Mini-Maglite. Not a bad item, and worth the money in my opinion.

LARGE CAPACITY-VERY WELL MADE-VERSATILE MEANS OF WEARING IT-MULTI-PURPOSE BELT TOOL HOLDER
This is a different kind of review. I bought this holder for a special purpose and I customized the delivered multi-purpose, large capacity belt tool holder to fit my unique needs. First of all - this product is exactly as advertised on the webpage and that is important. Second of all - it is extremely well made, sturdy, 3 optional ways of wearing it, and with room enough for multiple frequently used tools plus room for a cell phone. That said....I bought an extremely useful multi-tool that is larger than most. After an exhaustive search on Amazon, I found this belt tool holder that was large enough to hold both my super multi-tool and a flashlight that has been crowding my pocket for a long time. All of the other belt holders were either too small or did not fit my needs one way or another. Now, I must apologize to the manufacturer because I had to cut off various "feature" portions of the product either because I did not need them or they were in the way for my needs. I hated to do it because it is so well made. PS: It was not so easy doing all the snip-snip due to this product's excellent construction. (NOTE: You can review the product webpage pictures to see what the original features include.) See pics for my finished version and all the parts I removed. See also what I put into it when done. Now, these items I carry with me whenever I leave the house. But I can think of many other items I can now put in this roomy, heavy duty belt holder for different situations.

Great tote, just not the greatest for hand tools
For what it is, great quality as usual with CLC products. It’s made to be worn. I bought it to try out as a small tool tote for work and it doesn’t do the greatest job at that. None of the tools I want to carry around (4-in-1 screwdriver, wire strippers, 1/8” flat screwdriver, diagonal cutters) tuck very nicely or securely. And in practice, I can really only carry 3 of those 4 at a time if I want no-look, no-fuss use. Also, I had to fold the front flap into the back pocket to make any tool carrying happen. Had to force it to fit, but the good thing about that is that it won’t (and hasn’t) come loose. I’m not too grumped about having tried it, though. I was looking for something smaller than most other belt-carry tool pouches I’ve seen and this one just didn’t pan out. I think it’s probably great for other uses I’ve seen mentioned in reviews, like pen-and-notepad and/or phone carry (although I have an iPhone 7 and I don’t think something much bigger would fit very well, if at all). Bottom line: great quality, I think, and worth the money. Just think about what you want to use it for. If you’re looking for something to hold a few hand tools, you might wanna move along.

Sturdy and useful belt pouch, with some caveats
UPDATE: After about a year, the bottom has completely frayed away from carrying my Leatherman Surge. I’m knocking my review down to 3 stars. At least it’s not that expensive. This belt pouch has three compartments, two small ones suitable for several pens each, and a larger pocket that can fit a large multi tool and a few other items. I keep a Leatherman tool, two of the screwdriver bit sets for it, and a couple of pens in there. My Mini Maglite flashlight fits nicely in the exterior loop on the pouch. There is both a belt loop and clip on the back. I only use the loop, so I can't speak of the utility of the clip. The pouch is made from thick fabric, and it seems to be very sturdy. I've been wearing it every day since I bought it and it seems to be holding up very well. (UPDATE: lasted about 11 months before the bottom fell out from wear.) In the end, it does what it says, provides a storage place for a bunch of tools that I don't want to stick in my pockets. UPDATE: I still think it’s a good size and useful, but I wish it had lasted more than 11 months. At least it was economical.

Will haul a Motorola Nexus 6, with Project Fi case, snugly in the big pocket
Not my first CLC product, won't be my last. Very much like my backpack/toolbox/laptop pouch from CLC, it's not leather. I don't know why they have Leathercraft in their name, since I've never seen a CLC product actually made of leather. That said, it (and the backpack) wear very much like leather. Kinda stiff and hard to work with at first, but this pouch has about 12 weeks on it, the backpack has over a year on it, and neither are even showing a loose seam. They both got more flexible over time, and the tools seem to almost snap into place in them after a few weeks. This pouch in particular goes everywhere with me, it managed to eliminate the sheath for my leatherman, my MagLite, and the holster for my oversized (Motorola Nexus 6, with Project Fi case) cell phone. On top of all of that, it holds a black sharpie, a silver sharpie, two ballpoint pens and a mechanical pencil, and only adds about 3" to my overall width. Make no mistake, it's NOT light with that much in it; and it took some practice to get the Nexus 6 into it one-handed, but it holds all of that well enough to be a daily driver. Given what I've just told you about what I haul everywhere with me, and my toolbox/backpack; yes, you can safely assume I have a very active job, and not once have I had any qualms about my beloved Nexus falling out of it. I can actually get 2/3 of the phone into the big pouch. The top of it comes to the red band in the flashlight on the Amazon pic, and the Velcro still has a 100% engagement patch, so it is completely closed. The one (very very tiny) gripe I had was that the narrow tool/pen/pencil pockets are deep enough that I lost my Leatherman Wave in it the first time I put it in there. Once I got it out, I folded a paper towel down to a 1" strip and rolled it to the diameter of my thumb (say 3/4") and wrapped it tightly with electrical tape. I then stuffed the electrical tape/towel cylinder, on its side, down into the bottom of the pocket I wanted to use for my leatherman; causing the leatherman to stick up about 1/2" past the top (so I could get a grip on it to pull it out). Since I'd define my tiny gripe as more of a "need to modify a Multi-purpose pouch", it didn't cost it a star. It says right on the description "Multi-Purpose" meaning any expectations I'd have of a custom fit would be somewhat ridiculous. Besides, show me some other options for hauling around a Nexus 6 w/case, that aren't just as bulky if not more so, and I'll show you a specialty pouch that won't carry your pens, flashlight and multi-tool. Considering you'll probably get that solution for the same price as this.... No-Brainer. Only thing I can't speak to is the key clip. Only used it for about a week when I was forced to use a car that wasn't mine. It worked, I could operate it one-handed, but I didn't use it enough to get a feel for long-term wear or durability. In the unlikely event that it wears out on me, I'd absolutely buy it again; and more importantly, I'd absolutely recommend it to someone I like who has a phablet, multitools and pens.

Great Maintenance pouch!!
I've had the Custom Leathercraft 1104 for about 8 months now and I wear it at work everyday. It fulfills my needs as a Maintenance Technician very well!! I'm always on the go and my tasks over the course of a day vary drastically so I'm often looking over a job in order to plan it and this pouch carries all I need. Hooked on my hip it easily holds a small flash light, utility knife, Leatherman multi-tool, sharpie, carpenters pencil & ink pen (laying next to the pouch for scale) along with a 12' tape (outside of pouch). The only negative thing I can mention is that the fabric attaching the metal belt hook is starting to fray somewhat. Allot of this is from user abuse due to my climbing into tight places, banging it off door jams, in & out of work truck, etc. Even if the metal belt hook pulls away I could still use the fabric loop in order to continue to utilize the pouch. I would have no issues suggesting this to a friend or family member and I certainly plan on purchasing another in the future. Especially considering the price it's hard to beat in my opinion.

Great product
Okay so I'm on my way third one in probably 6 for 7 years. considering that I'm opening it and closing it everyday multiple 100 times per day it really does hold up. The velcro eventually wears out but you can glue a new piece on, by taking the old stuff off, and I have found that gorilla glue or some common glue works well for that application. i do find also that It is consistent that my phone or pens and flashlights eventually wear out the bottom corners but that's after several several years. Maybe some reinforcement in this area would be applicable however then they wouldn't sell as many of these . I'm very happy with this product and that's why I continue to buy it because it serves my purpose for a long time. Also while I ride motorcycle It stays attached to my belt . There are two ways to attach this to a belt. One is through the belt loop that is attached to the unit and the other is through a metal clip that simply goes over your belt ,without using the belt loop. I use the clip and have never lost the unit as it holds on extremely well. The flap holds things including my phone securely inside while I ride.

Amazing product for the money.
I’ve recently started work as a postman and after two weeks of stuffing a pda into my pocket and constantly dropping my pen I needed to find a solution. This holster is perfect! It fits my pens and penknife in the back two slots and the pda fits perfectly in the front. The clip has also come in handy as I can attach my trolly key to it! Seems like a well made product and for £10 you can’t go wrong.
