Sky high Fun
Very unique, my boy loves this plane, we have use it a few times and seems like it will last long, decent priced and fun ! I was honestly impressed with this remote control plane. It was easy to set up, lightweight, and surprisingly durable even after a few rough landings. The controls responded smoothly, making it great for beginners but still fun enough for someone with experience.

A lot of fun to fly, practically indestructible, iconic Spitfire shape, amazing for the price
These planes are made of strong foam that just doesn't break: fast, control of engine, ailerons, elevator, rudder. My 10 yo grandson had epic flights with the built-in stabilization which has 3 proficiency levels. We both had crashes and met trees without serious ill effects. The propeller pops off to reduce damage and just snaps back on. The battery compartment is tight and its cover latch broke, now held with an elastic band. Wheel attachments can break off too but can be glued back on (we mostly throw to launch it). You can find spare props and plastic parts.

Excellent Beginner Airplane
After having experimented with a lot of entry level RC airplane products, I finally found exactly what I was looking for in a beginner airplane. Here is what I liked most: - It came ready to fly, straight out of the box. All it needed was for the transmitter (aka remote control) to have 4 double A batteries loaded, and for one of the batteries to be charged to 100%. There are optional landing gear that take about one minute to install or uninstall. - Binding the remote to the airplane was very easy. - Flying in beginner mode was a breeze. You do need to understand the basics of how an RC airplane is controlled, so watch a video on youtube before flying if its your first time. - The airplane is very light and the propeller pops off cleanly when it crashes. The foam used for the airplane's body feels sturdy and flexible. - It's surprising fast and maneuverable, even with beginner mode turned on. This would be a great toy for kids 8 and up, but I would definitely make sure to learn alongside and supervise kids up to 11 or 12 years old before you let them fly it without active supervision.

Surprising
This thing surprised me! Looks like junk in the photos. Something that would last until it's first landing. However, I do stand corrected. My grandson has been using his daily for a few weeks now. He loves it.

Spitfire is a great first plane
I purchased the 3 channel spitfire. Flies great, is durable. Have to be careful to try and kill the engines before crashing. A fully charged battery will spin them fast enough to shear the propeller blades if spinning at speed when they hit something. Crashed into a tree and poked it out with a pole, crashed into the ground several times. Still flies great first plane for the price. A lot of these poor reviews seem like genuine user error and mishandling. Plane flies pretty good up to 15mph winds slightly more it flies in place and really needs the gyro for stability.

Cheap material not worth the price
Not worth the price you pay for it. No on and off button you have disconnect the cable from the battery to turn off. Very small and cheap material that breaks easy.

Fun little plane
This plane is so much fun! I bought it for my hubby. It is really light weight so forget it on a windy day. It is really sturdy though. I know this because there were many crash landings. Once you get the hang of it its pretty easy to control. All in all a great purchase for the price.

Awesome beginner plane!
Love this little plane and so easy to fly for a beginner. I liked it so much in fact, I ordered a soceond one. Seems very fragile handling it out of the box but it's surprisingly rugged. I crashed it straight into the ground at full throttle and the propeller popped off. Snapped it back on and took off again. Highly recommended for this price point.

Experiences may vary!
I was wowed by the videos of gyro stabilisation and 5* reviews. That’s not my experience though - every launch the plane nose dived. The stabilisation is constantly twitching when held steady and sometimes the plane just stops receiving signal without a restart of the TX. I got it flying with the elevators fully up but even a slight movement of control surfaces caused a nose dive. Having flown much bigger petrol RC I’m not sure why this was so unflyable. I suspect the trims (which didn’t work on the TX) need sorting - but control surfaces were all level by eye. My advice is to watch out for faulty planes and to be prepared to trim the controls. I hope it’s just mine that was faulty - but judging by the supremely cheap feel of the whole set, I’d imagine the QC here is poor. Worth being aware.

Great little plane
Having never flown anything before, I was a bit nervous with the first few flights, but the beginner mode on the gyro makes it pretty easy to fly. With the mechanical trims adjusted and a dozen flights under my belt it's very easy to confidently fly around the small park near my house, even in a decent wind For the first few times I would definitely recommend the largest field you can find in order to get comfortable with the controls without the pressure of dodging trees and light posts lol. And order a pack of spare props that come with the hub that goes on gearbox shaft. The hubs do wear out, and the props are easy to lose if you clip a tree branch. I painted the tips of a few props florescent yellow to make them easier to find in the grass. Switch it into intermediate mode and the controls get way more responsive, if it starts getting out of control, a quick flip of the switch back to beginner mode and the plane levels out.
