I recently tried these creatine monohydrate gummies, and I couldn't be more pleased! As someone who is always on the lookout for effective supplements, these gummies exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the taste is fantastic! Unlike traditional creatine powders that can be chalky or unpalatable, these gummies are delicious and make my supplement routine a pleasure rather than a chore. Hands down the best tasting creatine gummies. I tried other popular brands and they taste nasty. Bad after taste and chalky. I am a person that actually cares about taste. I have heard soooo many times about a certain supplement or protein shake that taste good and then 98 percent of the time they are gross. These are actually good. Yes they are expensive compared to just the powder, but I am just paying for convenience. I have noticed some gains in strength. Lemon is very good, Pink lemonade pretty good, Watermelon also good, sour apple was just okay (wouldn't buy that flavor again).

I haven’t tested it in a long term yet, fb labors is good but it’s way too sweet to my taste.

I've been a fan of Legion for over 15 years and have benefited from a few of their supplements while working out intensely. These are my go to for clean and bioavailable creatine and the flavor (lemon) is delicious.

Do not order this item. They have significantly changed the taste, and smell of this gummy. It now tastes of bleach, leaves a horrendous aftertaste. Literally makes you feel like you are consuming something that has no right being in your body.. I’ve tried their gummies before, the earlier versions were OK, this one is absolutely disgusting, it tastes toxic. They also have a no return, no refund policy. So I strongly advise you look for other manufacturers before going down the path with these guys. Clearly not a consumer first company..

Most important: these dummies actually seem to contain creatine monohydrate. Many gummy versions do not. So, great job Legion on actually doing the thing you said you were doing. Second, these don't bother my stomach. I can't tolerate powdered creatine. Third these taste really good.

I normally use powdered creatine in my morning yogurt, which is easy to do at home. It costs about $0.20 per 5 gram serving from a reputable manufacturer. These are at least 5x that price (note that each piece contains only 1 gram of creatine). The taste is inoffensive with a mild lemon flavor. They're a bit gritty and kinda reminiscent of eating a scoop of creatine not quite dissolved in water. I don't mind this, but if you're someone who struggles with the powder, you might not love these. I was a little surprised they weren't sweeter given that the ingredient list contains both sugar and stevia, but again, that's fine by me. I appreciate the fact that these are manufactured in the US (many products don't list a country of origin) and are third party lab tested (there's reporting that many products fall short of advertised creatine content). Product quality deserves 4 stars, but shipping was poor. The cap to the bottle was broken in transit. The product was still sealed and perfectly fine, but I had to find an alternative container. Either way, it's a lot easier to travel with these than a ziplock baggy of white powder.
