My husband finally used it and he went to snap it together and the dam thing fell apart! We demand a full refund! Will never buy products from here again

Difficult without instructions

Came with no instructions. When I put it on and tried to adjust the height of the piece that holds the trimmer, I opened a plastic notched piece and it broke off.
