10/10. I’ve been getting cold sores I was about 7 (29) now and they normally last about 2 weeks. I have yet to find my triggers as I know they range from heat and ANY type of change from weather, environment, daily routines, body, stress, you name it. I tried this and the last one I had lasted 4 days. 4 days.. I . Was . Shocked. I tried this with a lysine application and I think that combo did the trick. I took 1 every 4 hours during the outbreak (bottle says up to 6 a day during outbreak) and 2 a day after. I still take them just once a week. I’d definitely recommend!!!

I tried this to use instead of going to the doctor to get a preventative for fever blisters before my update on lip blushing permanent makeup. And it worked for me.
