Fit and work well

I've been using this to do model kit lighting, and it's been great to use. I don't use any of the additional barrel plugs, but the one that you can screw wires into makes testing different setups incredibly easy. I plan on buying more of these as my model kit collection grows. Cord length is decent too

It served its purpose. Had a lot of different plug built into one but didn’t have what I needed. Easy to use and change. Cord had a good length to reach power supply.

Loved

I plugged this product into my item and witnin 3 minutes it smelled like plastic was melting. I unplugged it immediately but the damage had been done to my item. It no longer works properly and I had to throw it away.

I have a few self-powered PC speaker setups whose power supplies have failed. I tried this Soulbay supply because it states "Regulated" in its description. In the world of power supplies, Regulated is one of two main design patterns, the other being "Switched or Switching". Both accomplish the same thing, converting your wall socket alternating current into the kind of direct current juice your gadgets require. Regulated supplies are generally known for being electrically "quiet", meaning they don't induce any artificial noises, like whining, buzzing or clicking, into the circuit they power, while switching supplies are more prone to being "noisy". While this Soulbay supply is too noisy for powered speakers, it's probably fine for other gadgets that don't process audio signals. Fortunately I also tried some other options, and despite being stated as switching supplies, both the [Belker 12W Multi Voltage 3V 4.5V 5V 6V 7.5V 9V 12V Universal AC DC Power Adapter for Household Electronics - Max Amp 1000mA [BE]] and the [inShareplus 9V Low Voltage Power Supply, Transformer, Power Adapter, DC 9V 1A, 9 Watt Max, AC 100-240V to DC 9V, with 5.5/2.1 DC Female Barrel Connector] were electrically quiet and work great for my self-powered speakers.

Fit perfectly in my portable DVD player. I like that it came with different size of adapters.
