Great Christmas decoration
Easy to assemble. Looks great. Super colorful options on the remote control. Use the remote control making it convenient when the tree is outside. Tree looks great and bright from the street. Seems easy to store which is important to save on storage space.

Quality issues
Look great when they work, however 2 out of 3 had entire sections of lights go out. One arrived with lights out, the replacement only worked for 2 weeks then went out. Didn't trust the quality so i returned all.

Finding the app controller!is If you don't look on the packaging box, you'll miss the QR code to download the app. Otherwise easy setup and works beautifully!

Bright Christmas
The tree was wonderful. I lit up my home and neighborhood. Getting it ready was challenging with snow and very cold weather. I took it down and put ties around the strings to make certain they did not tangle for next year.

Looks great but remote doesn't work
I really like the size of this tree. I love the color changing lights. Assembly was so-so. A bit irritating but doable. The remote doesn't work. I didn't want to disassemble the tree to return it so I am living with no remote. Not the end of the world but you do expect things to work as advertised. It's definitely a 5 star tree if the remote would work.

Only worked for a few weeks now won't turn on
Bought last year late and did not setup. setup for the first time this year a few weeks ago and worked good went out tonight and is not working no power I'm assuming. Did not even last a few weeks. Would not recommend this product.

We love it
Love it. It is hard to get the settings just right though

Died after a year.
1 year warranty and that is al it lasted. Started it's second Chrismas just fine and then failed to remain on. Would light for about 5 seconds and then quit. Tested the power supply on the star and it's OK. Issue has to be with board. I give it a 2 star because it worked well the first year and was a very good light show with lots of options. Unfortunately it's not reliable for more than a season or two.
