Is good, my kid loves it
Is good but I thought it was going to be bigger and faster, my kid is 2 about to be 3 years old, hopefully it last him until 5 or 6 lol but he is pretty big for his age i guess, Love the Bluetooth connection is awesome and pretty large range, battery is good last a lot, fun for my kid, he likes it and that's all it matters, he is able to drive like a pro. Speed again is ok for his age, I just wish it was faster lol, no issues at all, came good pack, nothing missing and the team is very responsive to any questions you may have. Fun for kids thats for sure.

Do not purchase this one
Not what specifications state. It is 11” only. Very cheap and definitely NOT durable. Do not buy from this company. After purchase changed return policy saying too inconvenient and can nit return. Only wanted to give 20% discount and jeep this junk. On top of thar many pieces were mussing from actual box for car.

Great remote ride in toy
Great gift for my grandson at Christmas. It made his little face light up. The smile said it all. I love the safety feature, if it gets too far from the remote it stops. My son loved it too because he can drive it like a RC vehicle.

Took a while but worked out well
The kit arrived quickly but I found the shock absorbers supplied were not correct. Instead of a left and right absorber, there were two identical right ones. The seller said they would send new ones; it took a while but what I received were right and left shock absorbers with the wrong holes for holding the motors. It is possible I could have explained it better, but they were very apologetic and I supplied a photo of what was wrong this time. I had to remind them about sending another set, but they quickly sent the correct ones with tracking so I knew when it was coming. All in all, they were very polite and helpful, and the jeep is now up and running.

Can’t get product to move - resolved!
Jeep will NOT go forward or backward and is all connected correctly. Update: company is assisting to get it fixed. Team was absolutely wonderful on helping get to a solution and really appreciate them helping!
