Failed to get the hair coloured , but you can’t return

This is my preferred brand. Nothing noteworthy to write about. Box is always hard to open due to the tape on the top. I always have to get a knife to slice the tape as it otherwise, won't come loose.

I have medium dark brown hair and love the way this color lightens it up and covers my gray. It also seems to make my hair feel a little healthier. Which is so weird because usually when I dye my hair, it dries it out terribly. So I will definitely be buying this again.
