I got this heated blanket last year, and it really helped me with the snow storm and cold weather. It's still perfect and working great! You can wash it whenever you want, just don't put it in the dryer. It's perfect!

Stopped working after less than a month. Unable to get in touch with customer support through their website. May be a bug in their system, but seems to be very hard to reach them, and I am persistent. I notice a lot of their products carry the "Good Housekeeping" Seal. This one, and I'm sure many others don't appear to. Buyer beware!!

I had my first heated blanket as a gift from my husband almost 3 years ago and it was this brand. Let me just say I am abnormally cold natured and despite living in a warmer climate, I use my blanket year round. I was actually so shocked my blanket lasted so long and as soon as it went, I bought a replacement! I use this in the bed, on the couch, and even while I’m working at my computer. I literally use this for most of the day. I did buy the new one in a full size instead of the throw I had previously as I wanted more coverage-I’m fairly tall. It’s perfect!!! My old one washed really well in a laundry bag and dried pretty quickly when hung. These are worth the money!!!

My blanket died a little less then a year. It said F1 in the dial and stopped working. Very disappointing. I would like a refund or a new blanket.
