Best brand for magnesium so far . It improves my sleep, my gut health .I have ibs (mised type but more of constipation ) this really helps me . It helps me with my fibromyalgia too . Been trying so many magnesium but this is cost effective and it works too . Been taking this over 2 years now . On and off .
